Why the sliding door matters
The back slider gets more traffic than any window in the house, and its track takes everything tracked in from the yard. It is often the hardest screen to get out and the dirtiest track to clean, which is why people put it off. One of our customers said it better than we could:

- Rescreening or repairing torn screens. We clean screens; if we find a tear or a bent frame we will point it out.
- Adjusting or repairing sliding door rollers. Clean tracks often fix a sticky slider, but worn rollers are a repair job.

Can I add screens and tracks to a window cleaning?
Yes. Most people do, because it is the same visit and the windows look noticeably better with clean screens in front of them. On a maintenance plan the discount covers the add-ons too.
Do you clean sliding door tracks?
Yes, and sliding door screens. They are usually the worst in the house, so we plan for them.
Will clean tracks fix a window that sticks?
Often, because grit in the track is the usual cause. If the rollers or the frame are the problem, cleaning will not fix it, and we will tell you what we see.
Do you replace torn screens?
No. We clean screens, and we will point out any tears or bent frames we find so you can get them fixed.
