What the discount applies to
Everything in your recurring package: the window cleaning and the add-ons you include in it, such as screens and tracks, gutters and window wells.
Hard water stain removal is always quoted separately, because it depends on the condition of the glass rather than on a schedule.
Which frequency is right
Twice a year suits most houses: spring and fall. Quarterly suits homes that get dusty fast, sit near construction or a busy road, or where people just like the glass clean all the time. Every two months is for homes where the windows are a big part of the house and you want them to look finished year round.
Rain happens
Utah weather does not always cooperate with a cleaning schedule. We move appointments when the forecast calls for it, and on a plan the 7-day rain guarantee covers the week after.
