This is the job most people call us for. We clean the glass by hand, then the frames and sills around it, so the window looks finished rather than just the middle of the pane. You choose inside, outside or both, and we quote the house you actually have.
Inside, outside, or both
Outside is where the dust, pollen, sprinkler spray and storm grime collect, and it is what you notice from across the room. Inside is fingerprints, pets, cooking film and the haze that builds on glass in a lived-in house.
Most people book both, because a clean outside makes a dirty inside obvious and the other way round. If you only need one side, say so in the form and we will quote just that.

Skylights
Skylights collect more than any other glass in the house because they face straight up: leaves, pollen, dust and bird droppings sit on them with nothing to wash them off. We clean skylights as part of a window cleaning. Mention them in the form so we can plan for them.

Screens and tracks, gutters and window wells can all be added to a window cleaning, so the house gets done in one trip. Screen and track cleaning is the one we recommend most, because clean glass behind a dusty screen still looks dull.
How it works

- Get a quote. Free, and based on your house rather than a guess.
- Pick a day. Weekend appointments are available, and same-day is sometimes possible if the schedule allows.
- We clean by hand. If we missed something in the job you booked, tell us within three days and the 3-day satisfaction guarantee covers it.
Not part of this service
- Hard water stains. Mineral spots from sprinklers do not come off with a normal clean, so hard water stain removal is quoted separately.
- Window repair or replacement. If we see a failed seal (fog trapped between two panes), we will tell you, but no amount of cleaning fixes it.

How often should windows be cleaned?
For most houses in the valley, twice a year keeps them looking right: once in spring after the winter grime and inversion haze, and once in fall after the summer dust and sprinkler season. Homes near a canyon, a construction site or a busy road may want it more often. Our maintenance plans are built around those intervals and come with a discount.
Do you clean the inside and the outside?
Yes. You can book inside only, outside only, or both. Most people book both.
Do you clean skylights?
Yes, as part of a window cleaning. Let us know how many and where they are when you ask for a quote.
What happens if you miss a spot?
Tell us within three days and we come back and take care of it. That is our 3-day satisfaction guarantee, and it covers anything within the job you booked.
Can you remove the white spots from sprinklers?
Those are hard water deposits, and a normal window cleaning does not remove them. We quote hard water stain removal separately, after we have seen how bad it is.
