These terms apply to getwindowwallaby.com. If you use the site or send a request through it, they apply to you.

The site is general information

What we publish here describes the work we do and what usually affects it. Your house is not the house on the page, and nothing on this site is advice about your specific property.

Requests and quotes

Sending a request does not create a booking and does not oblige either of us to anything. We will get back to you, and we may tell you that a job is not one we do.

Quotes are free. A quote is the price we expect to do the described work for, based on what you told us and what we could see. If we find something that changes the job, we will tell you before doing extra work.

Guarantees

3-day satisfaction guarantee: if we missed an area that was part of the job you booked, tell us within three days and we will come back and take care of it.

7-day rain guarantee, maintenance plans only: if rain leaves visible spots in the seven days after a maintenance plan visit, we will come back and touch it up for free.

Scheduling

Outdoor work depends on the weather. If rain or wind means a date has to move, we will tell you and find another time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page tells you when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
